This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website. It's short because we collect very little.
Who we are

What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: your business name, phone number and message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to provide that work.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you've asked us a question and we need your details to answer it. If the conversation leads to a contract, we'll then rely on that contract.
We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email to our inbox. Our website host and email provider process that data on our behalf to make this possible. We don't use any other third parties on this page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we need them for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations, normally six years.
Cookies
This website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use analytics or tracking tools.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email or call using the details above.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
